From Farm to Fork Food Safety Specialist Training Programme, F4ST is a Leonardo da Vinci project subsidized by EU, has been taken the attention. Since the content preparation and development activities are completed, the project has been focusing on the registration and project display activities.

IAFP (International Association for Food Protection)'s Third European Symposium on Food Safety will be held in Rome on 18-19 October. The symposium will cite important aspects of food safety, including assessment and enumeration of microbial hazards, food safety management and control, emerging hazards and innovative education tools on Food Safety. Samim Saner will attend the symposium on behalf of F4ST project.

Kalite Sistem Laboratories Group will also take part in the 2nd International Food and Nutrition Congress, Istanbul from 24 to 26 October. Kalite Sistem Laboratories Group will continue the project dissemination activities in this congress.

Prof. Dr. Necla Aran and her team from Istanbul Technical University have been auditing the content of all modules. After the completing of this process, the modules will be transferred into the e-learning environment.
