Dear  F⁴ST candidates, the number of applications for the registration of F⁴ST  training has been increasing from day to day.  We would like to thank you as project executives for your increasing interest. We kindly summarize the questions and answers that we have encountered for your knowledge.

Question: When do you inform us that we get the training if the number of applicants is over quota (over 750 trainees)?

Answer: If the number of applicants is over quota for 1st session, we will divide the applicants in 2 sessions. For 1st session, a username and password will be posted to your e-mail address that you indicated in the application form until 1 March 2008. You also will be informed how to use the system, as well.

Question: Would you like me to verify the information that I declared in the application form?

Answer: Yes.

Question: In case, I didn't send the documents verify the information in the application form, is it possible for me to access the training with the user name and password?

Answer: You should send the documents before the training starts; it means without verification you cannot get the user name and password. If any inconsistency exists in your documents, your user name and password will be blocked and the first applicant in the auxiliary list will be invited to replace.

Question: During the education how and to whom I ask my questions about the content of lectures?

Answer: You can send your questions to each lecturer who developed the lecture. Before beginning the training, you will be informed how to use this e-learning system, including communication to the lecturer. Your questions will be answered weekly and all questions-answers will be published in the e-forum. It will enable you to see other applicants' questions and answers, too.

Question: After I complete the training, do I get a certificate?

Answer: Yes, you do

Question: The training consists of 9 modules, if I fail only one module, can I still take the certificate?

Answer: To get a certificate declares that you complete the training successfully, you have to pass all 9 module tests. Otherwise, you will only get a certificate of attendance.

Question: During the training, can I take the modules in any order that I choose?

Answer: Trainees will be advised to follow the order of the order of modules, but they will be free to start from the modules they choose

Question: How many questions exist in the module completing tests and how are the types of questions?

Answer: After each module, there will be a test with 20 questions. 60% of questions is multiple choice and 40% of questions is true or false type.

Question: What are the criteria to complete the module tests successfully?    

Answer: To complete the module successfully, trainee has to give at least 14 correct answers in 20 questions.   

Question: If I fail in the module completing test, do I have right to take it again?
