IAFP Third European Food Safety Symposium was held in Rome on 18-19 October. In the symposium, food safety approach including evaluation and exhibition of microbial risks was discussed. Samim Saner, the general manager of Kalite Sistem Laboratories Group, joined the symposium on behalf F⁴ST Project.

Poster abstracts

By publishing the regulation (EC) No 178/2002 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 28 January 2002 laying down the general principles and requirements of food law, European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) was established as an independent and supranational institution to be responsible from the risk management and communication at EU level.
A limited number of participants have gained the privilege of attending this summit held in Brussel on 20-21 November 2007. EFSA brought together decision makers from European institutions, EU Member States and stakeholders to debate the future of food and feed safety in Europe in the 5th Anniversary organizations. 
The General Manager of Kalite Sistem Laboratories Groups Samim Saner joined this summit on behalf of F⁴ST Project. and continued the dissemination and valorization activities of F⁴ST Project.
