Countdown has begun! Since the beginning of registration, 1 November 2007, the number of applications has approached to 1500. First, we would like to thank you for your interest to involve the training. The participants will be informed about their status, the beginning date of the course and the information on how to log on and proceed with the course in March 2008 In addition to providing basic knowledge about food safety for different professions, we also offered "optional reading" choices for the trainees who would like to have superior interest in the related sections of the modules. They are not going to be included in module completion tests but it is strongly advised not to pass over them.
