F4ST has been commenced its 1st session training by April 18, 2008 with 859 participants.

We appreciate the interest of participants in F4ST programme and hereby extend them a warm welcome and our best wishes for the success in the F4ST programme.
From April 18, 3 modules can be accessible at first: Introduction to Food Safety, Food Microbiology and Food Chemistry. In the following month, starting from May 18, the other 3 modules will be ready: Physical and Chemical Hazards, Primary Production Agriculture and Primary Production Animal. Starting from June 18, the last three modules will be accessible: Food Safety Technologies; Inspection and Audit; HACCP. All modules will be accessible till 18.07.2008.
In order to receive F4ST certificate of accomplishment for the training, the participants are expected to complete each module successfully, and they are expected to fill the questionnaire at the end of each module to evaluate the module for its clarity, scope and scientific level. Furthermore, the participants are also expected to fill in the information required in the personal settings and to give the names and contact details of at least 2 consumers that they will inform about major food safety points they have learnt from taking the modules.
