The process for publishing F4ST training presentation book has become longer than expected. According to the results obtained from forecast forms, it is decided that the training material will be printed, but the printing process has not begun yet. A new announcement about the price and date will be made in forthcoming weeks.
- Certificates of 2nd session have been posted
The posting process of F4ST 2nd session certificates has been started. Trainees from F4ST partner countries (United Kingdom, Nederlands, Greece, Spain, and Latvia) will be able to get their certificates from F4ST partner organizations in forthcoming days. Certificates of trainees from non-partner countries will be posted till 24.04.2009. Please do not forget to send your current address if you did not register it to the system. You can contact F4ST Board Member in your country if you have any questions.

A graduation portal has been established in order to provide the continuity of communication between F4ST trainees and to manage exchange of current food safety information. You can access this application by clicking G-Portal tab on home page and using your last username and password. Please contact support@f4st-ec.org if you have any problems with logging in.

- From Farm to Fork Food Safety Specialist Training Programme has given 2nd graduates
F4ST - From Farm to Fork Food Safety Specialist Training Programme project which is coordinated by Kalite Sistem Laboratories Group and funded through the EU Leonardo da Vinci Program, gave the second graduates. Samim Saner, the project coordinator of F4ST, said "The training which aims to strengthen the know how on integrated food safety and upgrade the level of food safety inspections across Europe is a unique program in its own area and has educated 2,179 people from 52 different countries.". Saner declared that F4ST 2nd Graduation Ceremony has been successfully held with the participation of Istanbul Regional Agriculture Manager, Ahmet Kavak, the representatives of The Chamber of Food Engineers, The Chamber of Chemical Engineers and The Chamber of Veterinarian Surgeons - Istanbul in addition to Turkish, Greek and Egyptian trainees of F4ST. In the ceremony that drew intense interest, certificates of second session trainees were delivered. The organization has been appreciated by all participants.
- F4ST 2nd Session Graduation
The Graduation Ceremony of 2nd session of F4ST will be held at Baris Manco Cultural Centre, Istanbul on April 3rd. Some of F4ST lecturers, sector representatives, 1st and 2nd session participants will be attending this organization, and the certificates of the 2nd session participants will be delivered. - F4ST Workshop at Istanbul Technical University
In scope of F4ST dissemination activities, a workshop will be held at Istanbul Technical University on November 10th. In this organization, Selda Bayrakdar, one of the lecturers of F4ST Project, will give a seminar named "Different Food Safety Audit Schemes in EU".
- Graduation Ceremony
The Graduation Ceremony of 1st session of F4ST will be held at Larespark Hotel, Istanbul on November 28th. The partners of F4ST project, the lecturers,1st session participants and also some of 2nd session participants will be attending this organization, and the certificates of the 1st session participants will be delivered. It will be a half-day activity including a small seminar about the food safety, delivering of certificates and lunch.

- The end date of the 1st session is extended to September 1st.
Due to the reasons that most of trainees could not complete the modules and exams, the end date of the 1st session of the training is extended until September 1st.
- Last Days for the 2nd Session Applications
Applications for the registeration of the 2nd session of F4ST training, starts on September 1, 2008, will contiue until August 15, 2008. The participants from different professions will be selected in accordance with predetermined quota.
The 2nd session includes the same material with the training being run now (1st session). The new set of trainees will participate in 2nd session. The aim of 2nd session is to give chance to whom couldn't enroll to the 1st session.
- The last application date for the 2nd session is extended to August 23rd!
The applications for the 2nd session of the F4ST training that starts on September 1st, will continue until August 23rd.
