Advancity was founded in 1999 to provide web based internet services and solutions. Advancity follows the latest technology to provide innovative and affordable solutions to its clients. Since 2002, Advancity focuses on e-learning technologies. Advancity has developed various e-learning content, learning management systems, content development tools, virtual classroom applications, e-learning standards compliance tools for clients not only from Turkey but also from Belgium, Ireland and USA. Advancity will take the responsibility of development of the learning management system and the content in this project.

The responsibilities of Advancity in F4ST is to write an e-learning software; to take the responsibility of development of the learning management system; to develop electronical training contents in accordance with Scorm 1.2; to make transmissible of electronical training contents by using eduGate LMS and provide the system accessible to trainees; to be responsible of building up the project-web site and design and maintaining of the overall system; to create the information sharing and communication environment on the same platform for the trainees; to ensure the regular update of the web site for the information sharing and project sustainability; to organize at least one press meeting during the project lifetime; to participate one project exhibition for valorization activity at least.
