Précon Food Management BV (Précon) is the largest know how organization in the Netherlands with regards to HACCP and Food Safety best practices. Précon provides training and consultancy services to all parts of the food supply chain. The company focuses on education and training of the following topics: Hygiene, Food Safety, Food Safety Systems, Food Quality, Food Quality Systems, Food ingredient declarations, Risk Analysis; Food Technology Improvements, Food processing improvements; Worker training, Communication and Quality training; Outsourcing of quality assurance functions; Education and training planning and provision. Development of company specific e-learning tools; Provider of www.trainyourself.nl, e-learning website; General consulting; EU accession projects. Covers the following schemes HACCP, BRC, IFS, SQF, ISO 22000, ISO 9001/2000; ISO 17024. Précon is interested to participate in the analysis and development of the decision making methodology in one of the target countries as well as in the dissemination of the project results.

Main tasks of Précon within F4ST will be: to transfer their knowledge to F4ST; to determine the training needs in food safety in the Netherlands for establishing of the training modules; to involve in e-learning team and e-learning content builder software environment, to disseminate F4ST results during and end of the project ;to coordinate its own national dissemination activities; to find 150 trainees from the Netherlands to register for training sessions, to take part in the preparation of training modules (Food Preservation Techniques, Inspection & Audit);to organize at least one press meeting during the project lifetime.
