To fortify the interactions between the partners to consolidate project beyond the duration of the proposal
To receive the reports of the partner organizations and to share the inputs of the projects with partners in a common frame

The role and the tasks of each partner involved
P10 (AdV-TR) will be responsible of building up F4STweb site and design and maintaining of the overall system. P10 will also responsible to link project web page to well known EU portal for the sustainability of F4ST.

P1 (KSLM-TR) will organize and submit the necessary data for web page to the technical partner P10.

The all partners will be responsible for the appropriate data acquisition from their countries and transfer of their reports and interpretations to the web site in the requested format. Each partner will send information according to determined subject for e-bulletin every month, and will send practical information about food safety for consumers. They will send articles, news about any current food safety related issues accrued in their country. They also will provide food safety definitions for e-glossary. Each partner will make the maximum effort to establish the linkage of F4ST to his/her own institution web page and well-known web page about food safety in their countries.

Working Methods and Techniques
The web site of the project will have a specific web address. The set-up web page (English and Turkish) will be completed first six week of the WP. The continuous up date will last even after the project official period. F4ST website will also have an intranet structure for partners to access all documentation and results, so there will be a secured communication amongst partners. An intranet will be established and will be restricted to the project partners for effective communications and data transfer. The construction of the web page and intranet will be completed in the first two months of the project.

During the project, the summary, aims, partnership, outcomes and related information of the project will be at the open public part and will be updated continuously. The main English and Turkish web-site of the project will be updated regularly under the organization of P1 (KSLM-TR ) and P10 (AdV-TR) according to the developments in food safety issues, reports from the partners, evolutions etc. during ongoing project under the task of this WP. Although the main web page will be in English and Turkish, partner will be free to establish a sub page in their native language.

During the project period, WP reports, interim and final reports and evaluation reports will be accessible only to partner organizations. The summary of the developments on project will be opened to public. The details of dissemination activities and Thematic Network Conference will be opened to public when it is updated. The conference reports and presentations will be also available on the web-site as soon as they have arranged within the partnership.

There will be an information platform for consumers to increase their awareness on food safety. More conscious consumer will force the producing company to produce more safe food and this will be achieved by food safety specialist graduated from this program. These will indirectly valorize the project training module for customers available for everyone on the internet

Web page of F4ST will be linked to all well known portal of EU, and then the results of the project can be transferable to other groups and sector The final results of the project will be announced in the web site as in Turkish and English. All partners shall make maximum effort to establish the linkage of F4ST to well-known web-sites in their country. All partners will have the responsibility of dissemination of e-bulletin in their country, too.

Once the web page is established it will be used as a media for project valorization activities. A monthly e-bulletin and e-library/e-glossary will be established during this work package. There will be an e-forum, platform that receives opinions and arguments from stakeholders of F4ST with a common perspective. Electronic- bulletin will be published at regular intervals to inform stakeholders about the tasks progression, the scientific news related to the projects. The electronic-bulletin will also give information and details about the agenda and organization of the coming meeting of the project and of the other Food Safety issues.

Since this training module is being planned to be continued after the project official period, then there will be also graduated information portal. It will be updated under the organization of P1(KSLM-TR).

The web site will serve as a virtual meeting point for the trained specialists who seek for jobs and job providers after project life-time.

Web site will have the facility to host advertisements from appropriate Food Safety and Quality Stakeholders, generating a fund to facilitate sustainability.

A project results booklet will be prepared and it will be put on the web page as a PDF file.
